Automation Test Engineer – Antaris Space

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report issues with clear documentation.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve defects identified during testing.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute feedback on testability and code quality.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Contribute to the overall quality strategy and drive initiatives to improve software development practices.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- 2–6 years of experience in software automation development and quality assurance.
- Strong hands-on programming skills in Python and experience with PyTest for test automation.
- Experience in UI automation using Selenium.
- Experience with REST API automation and tools such as Postman.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Docker is a must.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with test framework development.
- Prior exposure to CI/CD pipelines and agile development environments.
