Deepak carries 23 years of experience in developing enterprise storage products and solutions. Prior to Startup Partner, he played leadership role in Qlogic(Netxen) to develop FCoE stack in CNA embedded system. Before that he worked in Veritas, Mountain View USA as well as Pune, in development of products in the area of Continuous Data Protection, Replication and Disaster Recovery. An IIT Bombay postgraduate, Deepak is inventor of 14 issued patents in the area of Storage Virtualization/Replication/Distributed Systems.
Rahul Soman is co-founder of Startup Partner and brings along 21 years of rich experience in development of networking stacks in embedded/host systems . Prior to Startup Partner, Rahul played leadership role in Netxen/Qlogic, to develop TOE (TCP/IP Offload) stack along with IPV6, ARP, ICMP, NDS protocols as enabler for iSCSI & iSER products in P3+ based CNA card along with end to end HW/FW T10 DIF based protection integrated. In Qlogic, apart from dealing with high end Target customers directly, Rahul had been involved with board bring-up, HW feature verification, performance optimization extensively. Before Qlogic, he worked as software engineer in Huges Technologies Noida for 5 years. With passion for finding and nurturing computer science talent, Rahul had been visiting Industry faculty at Pune University and is invited for juding various tech events in local engineering colleges. A would-have-been India Army soldier, Rahul did his MCA from Pune university after passing out from Sanik School, Satara.
Abhishek Mukherjee has 21 years of rich experience in development of networking stacks in embedded/host systems as enabler of Storage protocols.Prior to taking charge of Cloudensembler, he has worked in different capacities in Marvell/QLogic/Netxen, and implemented TCP and higher layer (iSCSI, RDMA) offload technologies for Intelligent CnA NIC products. During his long stint in this role, he has had to deliver embellishments to the core product platforms like ipv6 support, T10 DIF and Multi-tenancy. Before Qlogic, he worked as software engineer in Hughes Software Systems, Gurgaon (now Aricent) for 5 years
Omkar Kulkarni (M. Tech. IITB) has 14 years of experience in development and management of embedded firmware and Linux kernel drivers for network stacks and offloaded storage networking protocols. Prior to joining Startup Partner he worked n various capacities at Marvell/QLogic and worked on NIC, iSCSI, FCoE offload firmware, host libraries for iSCSI Target offload solutions for intelligent NIC and CNA products. During his stint as Senior Software Manager in Marvell he was responsible for Nvme/TCP firmware and Nvme/TCP Linux driver development and productization. Before Marvell he has worked at Quartics and Ittiam Systems Pvt Ltd.
Sudarshan has close to 15 years of experience in IT recruitment industry. Before joining Startup Partner, he has worked extensively in end to end recruitment for US based product companies in semiconductor domain. He was instrumental in building up an engineering team of about 250 employees in storage/networking domain at Qlogic, Pune, prior to which he was working with Persistent Systems Limited. He has been actively involved in market compensation surveys, attrition reduction, reduction in cost per hire, branding for multiple product companies. His computer engineering background helps him to understand technology, be analytical and do exactly “what it needs” to build up teams.
Karthik is an accomplished technology executive with 25 years of leadership experience in both public and private multinational companies. Karthik holds an MS EE from Southern Illinois University.

Design, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise virtualization technologies based on VMs and containers such as VMWare, OpenStack, and Kubernetes.
Design, operate, maintain and troubleshoot Jenkin based CI pipelines and maintain jenkin nodes VMs.
Design, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot open LDAP, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NIS and Kerbarose.
Support engineering projects through activities such as designing, developing, and implementing software and automation that assists with capacity planning and provisioning, and general application lifecycle management.

Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated Coding ability with one or similar of the following: C, C++, Java, Python, or Go;

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Infrastructure engineer;

Experience working with Infrastructure as Code / Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation);
Experience with containers and container orchestration systems such as Docker and/or Kubernetes;

Experience in configuring LDAP, AD and windows domain servers.
